X Corp., formerly known as Twitter, filed a lawsuit Thursday in Dallas County district court, accusing five unnamed defendants of hacking into one user’s account to sell fake NFTs.

The suit, spotted on Law.com Radar, was filed by Haynes and Boone and Wick Phillips Gould & Martin and accuses the defendants of trying to steal money from Texas residents.
