Khaki A. Scrivner has joined Bell Nunnally in Dallas as an associate. Scrivner came to Bell Nunnally from Crowe and Dunlevy, where she was an associate in its Oklahoma City office.

Scrivner is a member of the transactional team and focuses her practice on corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. While Khaki was attending law school, she worked as a landman for Devon Energy. Her work involved managing the company’s acreage position in the Barnett Shale, helping lead a multimillion dollar divestiture, and collaborating with a multi-discipline team to implement and grow a strategic joint development project. Prior to joining Bell Nunnally, Khaki worked for a law firm in Oklahoma City. Scrivner’s combined business and energy background prove valuable when assisting clients in various business transactions.
