Thursday’s argument in Trump v. U.S. was the final hearing of the October 2023 Term. The justices will meet behind closed doors Friday to take an initial vote in the week’s cases and make opinion assignments. The court, as of this writing, has yet to announce when it will next announce decisions in previously argued cases.
