On Wednesday, practice management provider Clio announced that court document automation platform Lawyaw, which the company announced it acquired in September 2021, will now be rebranded to Clio Draft.

Lawyaw’s CEO and co-founder Tucker Cottingham, who joined Clio following the acquisition and is now the general manager of Clio Draft, told Legaltech News that the impetus behind the name change was to present a more integrated experience for Clio’s customers.
