Voting technology company Smartmatic is asking a Manhattan judge to compel Fox to sign an affidavit swearing the company has turned over all recordings of certain company Zoom meetings that occurred around the time of the 2020 election.

The request is the latest filing in the litigation surrounding Smartmatic’s $2.7 billion lawsuit against the media conglomerate, which they’ve accused of airing false claims about their technology following former president Donald Trump’s failed bid for a second term.
