White & Case and Linklaters and regional law firm Ibrahim & Partners have advised on the initial public offering of supermarket chain Spinney 1961 Holdings on the Dubai Financial Market.
The $375 million Spinneys IPO led to an implied market capitalization of around $1.5 billion. Investor interest was robust, with orders totalling $19 billion, Bloomberg reported.
