Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has strengthened its leveraged finance practice with the hire of partner Haden Henderson, the firm announced on Wednesday.

Henderson joins the firm in London from Baker McKenzie, where he spent five years as a partner focusing on corporate transactions and high-yield debt offerings. Previously, he acted as counsel for Ropes & Gray for just under eight years, as well as taking undertaking a secondee placement at Goldman Sachs for 10 months prior to that, according to his LinkedIn profile.
