Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Simmons & Simmons have become the latest law firms to set global diversity and inclusion (D&I) targets.
Bryan Cave announced on Tuesday that it is now aiming for its global partnership to be 35% female by the end of 2025, and 40% female by 2030. The firm’s global partnership is currently 25% female.
