The Delaware State Bar Association is scheduled to hold a hybrid CLE on March 21 sponsored by the Delaware Lawyer Assistance Program (DE-LAP) and the Delaware Council on Gambling Problems titled, “Not Only for Kids: Lawyers and Video Game Addiction.”

In 2011, a Pennsylvania attorney was suspended from the practice of law for three years following a Disciplinary Board finding of misconduct, primarily in the nature of neglect and failure to discharge various ethical duties.
