While law firm leaders continue to try to strike a proper balance between requiring time in the office and allowing employees to work from home, many Atlanta law firm leaders say their firms’ hybrid work schedules are working for both them and their staff—but only if client satisfaction and quality of work don’t decline.

With many lawyers still expressing a preference for some flexibility for remote work, some Atlanta law firms appear to be sticking with a schedule of three days in the office for lawyers and staff.
