Round one goes to Christmas Wonderland as dueling Miami holiday event venues received some clarity, when a judge ruled to dismiss an emergency injunction sought by one of the event organizers.

Holland & Knight was the prevailing firm in this round of litigation, representing defendant Loud and Live Engage LLC., which secured a venue contract from Miami Dade County at Tropical Park for their Christmas Wonderland extravaganza, once occupied by the plaintiff Santa’s Enchanted Forest, Inc. for decades.
