Broward County’s office market continues to get tighter as an increasing number of companies relocate to South Florida. That’s according to Craig Studnicky, CEO of ISG World, who says there’s a shortage of available office space due to limited construction, like the scarcity seen in the condo market. 

“The high construction costs contribute to this situation. Consequently, rents are rising, and the supply of office condos is limited,” he said.
