Miami plaintiffs attorney Jim Ferraro wants to change federal law.

The Ferraro Law Firm shareholder known for his asbestos work believes companies that submit studies to regulators for a product’s approval shouldn’t be able to exclude the same studies as evidence in a courtroom. But he knows before he can change the law, he needs to raise public awareness — so he wrote a book.
