Columbus, Ohio-based law firm performance review platform Qualmet has brought on a veteran general counsel and C-suite executive to serve as its first general counsel.

Rich Cohen started his role as president and general counsel of Qualmet at the end of November, but the company announced his arrival Tuesday. He is based in Weston, Florida, and currently serves as the only in-house attorney at Qualmet, but he plans on expanding the legal department as “opportunity warrants.”
