Continuing to recruit legal talent from big-name companies, San Francisco-based digital currency exchange Coinbase has brought on two new senior-level in-house attorneys, pulling from the legal departments of Google and Dyson.

Chicago-based Katherine Minarik, who most recently served as general counsel of the Americas for Dyson, will be Coinbase’s deputy general counsel of litigation. San Francisco-based Milana McCullagh, most recently the senior director of legal at Google, was named deputy general counsel of product and commercial.
