The chief legal officer of Public Storage is moving out, departing the Glendale, California-based company for a role closer to her family.

Public Storage, a self-storage company, announced in an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday that CLO Lily Hughes is leaving her role to “accept a position as chief legal officer of another public company closer to her family.” Hughes has served as Public Storage’s senior vice president, CLO and corporate secretary since January 2015. She did not immediately respond to request for comment.
