Notre Dame, Indiana-based St. Mary’s College has appointed a seasoned higher ed in-house lawyer as its general counsel.

New legal leader Martha McCampbell joins St. Mary’s from nearby Indiana University South Bend, where she served as director of diversity, equity and inclusion and deputy Title IX coordinator. She’s replacing Cristal Brisco, who spent less than a year as GC before she was appointed as a magistrate to the St. Joseph Circuit Court, according to her LinkedIn page.
