A private cruise line and a dental startup company have announced new general counsel.

The private, invitation-only cruise company, inCruises International, based in Florida, announced the hiring of Bruce Murdock as its general counsel on Nov. 9. He will be responsible for the oversight of the cruise line’s legal, regulatory and governance responsibilities, and report to the company’s president and CEO Michael Hutchison. It was not clear who, if anyone, Murdock is replacing as the company’s top lawyer. A representative for inCruises could not be reached for comment.
