The Ohio Supreme Court rejected a disciplinary board’s recommended sanction that would have allowed an attorney convicted of sex crimes involving a 13-year-old girl to apply for reinstatement.
The state’s Board of Professional Conduct recommended that attorney Amber Goodman be indefinitely suspended from practicing law with no credit for the time served under her interim felony suspension.
