U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal will join Facebook Inc. as vice president and deputy general counsel of litigation. Grewal will leave his post at the Northern District of California in June.

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman added three partners to its litigation and corporate practices. The partners include employment litigator Tom Liu, employment and commercial litigator Stacie Yee and corporate lawyer Jenny Liu. Tom Liu and Yee join the Los Angeles office, Jenny Liu joins the San Francisco office. All three come from Squire Patton Boggs.
