SAN FRANCISCO — K&L Gates has recruited a Bay Area Latham & Watkins partner to help lead the firm’s global litigation and dispute resolution practice. John Pierce will work in K&L Gates’ Palo Alto and Pittsburgh offices and serve as a member of the firm’s management committee.
Pierce moved to the firm for both professional and personal reasons, he said.
