After operating out of one office in Harrisburg for well over a century, the Pennsylvania Bar Association is opening its first satellite office, in Pittsburgh.

The PBA’s new office is set to open in October, and Pittsburgh litigator Bridget M. Gillespie will serve as director of western Pennsylvania services, the PBA announced this week. The PBA currently has 47 staff members all located in the Harrisburg office, executive director Barry M. Simpson said, and the new office will put two staff members in western Pennsylvania.
