Neal R. Troum joined Spector Gadon & Rosen as an associate in its Philadelphia commercial litigation department.

Troum concentrates on securities fraud, bankruptcy litigation, insurance coverage, products liability and mass tort.


Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young counsel Jana M. Landon is set to speak on the panel “Ethical Challenges in E-Discovery” at the University of Pennsylvania Law School‘s reunion weekend Saturday.

Landon, who is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s e-discovery team, consults with clients on information management and e-discovery issues and presents educational programs to lawyers, IT professionals and others.

Elected and Appointed

Gaetan J. Alfano, a name partner with Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, was named vice chair of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners.

Alfano is co-chair of the firm’s litigation practice group.


Rick Grimaldi of Fisher & Phillips was appointed to the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp. board of directors.

Grimaldi is a partner with the firm and chair of its government relations practice group.

His practice spans all aspects of labor and employment law, including representing employers in litigation matters involving discrimination claims and wrongful termination claims. •
