Tucker concentrates her practice in real estate and land use law, as well as municipal and governmental law.

Denis E. Elliott became a partner in Kegel Kelin Almy & Lord.

J. Edmund Mullin, co-chair of the real estate and land use department at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, was appointed by the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to be a master for the Tax Assessment Appeal Mediation Program.

The program was designed to reduce the large backlog of assessment appeal cases pending before the court.

Mullin has been practicing real estate and land use law for more than 40 years.

Andrew H. Ralston Jr., a partner at Gross McGinley, was elected as the chairman of the board of directors of the Velodrome Fund, a nonprofit foundation that manages and operates the Valley Preferred Cycling Center.

Ralston focuses his practice on insurance and medical malpractice defense litigation, commercial litigation, zoning litigation and intellectual property litigation.
