Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young associate Michelle Orloski was appointed to the Project NEXT leadership team.

Project NEXT, an affinity network of United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, is composed of young professionals committed to making a positive and lasting impact in the community.

Orloski focuses her practice on complex civil litigation representing pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers and other corporate and institutional clients in a variety of matters, including mass tort, products and premise liability litigation, medical malpractice, intellectual property, insurance coverage and general liability defense.

Judd A. Serotta of Blank Rome was elected to the board of directors of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law.

He previously served as a member of the Brandeis Center’s legal advisory board.

Serotta is a litigation partner at Blank Rome.

He has more than 16 years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes in a host of federal and state jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as through alternative dispute resolution.

Ronda K. O’Donnell was named chair of the employment law practice group in Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin‘s professional liability department.

O’Donnell devotes her practice to employment law litigation and the defense of employers in matters involving discrimination, violation of federal and state statutes, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and other tort claims.


The public interest litigation committee for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is set to present a short program on the court’s Prisoner Civil Rights Panel at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 10 in Room 3044 of the federal courthouse.

Participation on the panel provides opportunities for young lawyers to gain valuable federal courtroom experience while assisting the court with management of pro se cases.

Arthur J. Abramowitz and Jerrold N. Poslusny Jr. joined Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose & Podolsky as shareholders.

They lead the firm’s newly formed bankruptcy, insolvency and workout practice group.

Abramowitz has experience in various aspects of corporate reorganizations and workouts, as well as commercial litigation.

Poslusny concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring.

Both attorneys join Sherman Silverstein from Cozen O’Connor.

Jesse M. Endler joined the Philadelphia office of Rawle & Henderson as an associate.

Endler focuses his practice in the area of casualty and premises liability.


Bellevue Communications Group announced that Jubelirer Strategies and its two executives joined Bellevue.

The merger brings Jeff Jubelirer as vice president and Johanna Kilbride as account executive, along with the firm’s existing clients.

Jubelirer is a corporate communications and public relations strategist, with an expertise in issue and crisis management and public policy advocacy.

Kilbride works to raise the profile of the firm’s clients through earned media and strategic social media, and assists with all aspects of media relations, from writing press releases and collateral materials to managing client events and press conferences.
