Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads partner Jeremy D. Mishkin presented a lecture titled "Legal Issues in E-Commerce" to students at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business.

Mishkin’s lecture addressed many Internet law issues ranging from privacy to defamation to intellectual property.
