Dallas firm Haynes and Boone formally opened its London office today and closed a merger with the 20-lawyer Curtis Davis Garrard of London.
Haynes and Boone managing partner Tim Powers said the firms secured approval in mid-August from the U.K. Solicitors Regulatory Authority for the merger, and the deal is effective today.
