Staying Put, but Working Harder
Most respondents are happy where they are, and, unlike many professionals, say they aren't afraid of being laid off. It's not all positive, however: A significant amount—more than a third—complained about longer hours, corporate budget constraints, and the pressure to bring more work in-house.
