Peter Isajiw is a Litigation Partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, LLP. His practice concentrates on complex commercial and securities litigation, in addition to regulatory investigations. He represents corporations, financial institutions, directors, officers, and individuals in a variety of state and federal court matters. He also assists clients in connection with regulatory investigations conducted by the Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
