Three attorneys have joined the Corporate and Business department: Michael Scapin, who received a law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2010; Hang Gao, who received a law degree from The Catholic University of America in 2009; and Matthew Cleave, who received a law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2011.

Four associates left the firm.

Three attorneys have left the Roseland, NJ office: Cindy Hanna, who practices Corporate and Business law and received a law degree from Harvard Law School in 2011; Beth Williams, who practices Bankruptcy and Reorganization law and received a law degree from Boston College Law School in 2010; and Vanessa Yu, who practices Corporate and Business law and received a law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2013.

Taylor Meacham left the firm. Meacham practices Intellectual Property law and received a law degree from University of Pennsylvania in 2011.

Two attorneys have joined the Washington, DC office: Catherine Serafin, who practices Banking and Finance and Litigation and was at Dickstein Shapiro previously and received a law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1986; and Andrew Reidy, who practices Banking and Finance and Litigation.
