Eight attorneys have joined the firm as associates.

Three attorneys have joined the Paris, France office: Anne-france Moreau, who practices Corporate and Business, Life Sciences and Health Care and Banking and Finance law; Anthony Paronneau, who practices Corporate and Business, Life Sciences and Health Care and Banking and Finance law; and Thomas Granier, who practices International and Cross-Border and Arbitration and Dispute Resolution law.

Three attorneys have joined the New York, NY office: Chelsea Hess, who practices Taxation and Accounting and International and Cross-Border law; Jason Remsen, who practices Corporate and Business, Mergers and Acquisitions and Bankruptcy and Reorganization law; and Evan Konstantinou, who practices Corporate and Business law.

Carrie Amezcua left the firm. Amezcua practices Antitrust and Trade Regulation, Intellectual Property and Litigation and received a law degree from American University-Washington College of Law in 2008.

Karen Cannon left the firm. Cannon practices Venture Capital and Private Equity law and received a law degree from Cornell Law School.
