NEW ASSOCIATES

Three attorneys have joined the firm as associates.

Two attorneys have joined the Boston, MA office: Jing Wang, who practices Intellectual Property and Telecommunications and Technology law and was at Cooley previously and received a law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2013; and Stephen Altieri, who practices Intellectual Property and Telecommunications and Technology law.

Alex Cui joined the firm. Cui practices Mergers and Acquisitions and International and Cross-Border law.

ASSOCIATE DEPARTURES

Six associates left the firm.

Three attorneys have left the Litigation department: Daren Stanaway, who received a law degree from Harvard Law School in 2010 and moved to Paul Hastings; Jessica Scoles, who received a law degree from Loyola Law School in 2008; and Miguel Vaz, who received a law degree from King’s College in 2011.

Two attorneys have left the Banking and Finance department: Steve Ni, who received a law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2010; and Jacob Harrell, who received a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2008.

Brian Schatz left the firm. Schatz received a law degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2009.

PARTNER DEPARTURES

Two partners left the firm.

Philip Blum left the firm. Blum received a law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1999.

Clara Poffenberger left the firm. Poffenberger received a law degree from American University in 1991.
