Two attorneys joined the firm as partners.

Paul Virtue joined the firm. Virtue practices International and Cross-Border and Immigration and Naturalization law and was at Baker McKenzie previously and received a law degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 1982.

Henry) Liu joined the firm. Liu practices Banking and Finance law and was at Pillsbury Winthrop previously and received a law degree from Harvard Law School.

Five partners left the firm.

Four attorneys have left the Banking and Finance department: Chris Gavin, who received a law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1999; Marcelo Cosac, who received a law degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006; Kai Liebrich, who received a law degree from 2002-2004; First State Law Examination 1999; Gieben; University of Gieben; 1994-1999 in 2004; and Kenneth Pierce, who received a law degree from Harvard Law School in 1984.

John Roberti left the firm. Roberti received a law degree from New York University School of Law in 1994.
