Three attorneys have left the Litigation department: Glenn Burhans, Jr, who received their law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1998; Penelope Blackwell, who received their law degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2000; and Allen Foster, who received their law degree from Oxford University in 1971.

Two attorneys have left the Real Estate and Construction department: Toni Wise, who received their law degree from Stanford Law School in 1978; and Scott Morehouse, who received their law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993 and moved to Sheppard Mullin.

Two attorneys have left the Corporate and Business department: Fred Blakeslee, II, who received their law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 2002; and Thomas Loo, who received their law degree from University of Southern California Law School in 1968.

Tom West left the firm. West received their law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006.

Michelle De Blasi left the firm. De Blasi received their law degree from University of Washington School of Law.

Jennifer Camacho left the firm. Camacho received their law degree from Boston College Law School.

Halle Alexander left the firm. Alexander received their law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2000.
