Moore v. Rite Aid- Potential Violation of the FCRA

A federal court judge has sustained Rite Aid's motion to dismiss a class action suit against it alleging that it violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by using background checks produced by LexisNexis, but has permitted the Plaintiff 15 days to amend the complaint.
