James Ching is an experienced California state prosecutor who now specializes in criminal, constitutional and labor law. A graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School, and a career Supervising Deputy Attorney General, California Department of Justice. he is the author of approximately a hundred published articles. As an appellate law specialist, he has argued more than five hundred appeals in various California state and federal higher courts, including three in the U.S. Supreme Court. A substantial number of these appeals have led to state and federal published opinions.
