James Ching


James Ching is a former Supervising Deputy Attorney General, California Department of Justice. He specializes in criminal, constitutional and labor law and is the author of approximately 100 published articles on these subjects. As an appellate law specialist, he has argued more than 500 appeals in various California state and federal higher courts, including three in the U.S. Supreme Court.
