Cosby's Lawsuit Unlikely to Shake Prosecutors

Bill Cosby's lawsuit against his accuser, Andrea Constand, might be a scare tactic, an evidence-gathering strategy or a "part of the theatrics" of the high-profile case, criminal defense attorneys said. But they did not see the breach of contract complaint as having a grave impact on the Cosby prosecution.
