Entire Eleventh May Reconsider 'Docs V. Glocks' Case

First Amendment lawyer Thomas Julin, noting that six of the Eleventh's nine active members are Democratic appointees, said there's a good chance the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit would reconsider allowing doctors to ask their patients about gun ownership.
