ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the motion of respondent, JOHN E. TIFFANY, formerly of HACKENSACK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1992, and who has been suspended from the practice of law since February 8, 2012, seeking to adjourn the return date of the Amended Order to Show Cause in this matter in respect of the Disciplinary Review Board decision in DRB 12-016 and DRB 13-036, and the Office of Attorney Ethics having interposed no objection to the relief sought;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the motion for adjournment is granted, and JOHN E. TIFFANY shall show cause before this Court on May 27, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, Hughes Justice Complex, Trenton, why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined; and it is further

ORDERED that the Director of the Office of Attorney Ethics or his designee present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve his brief on or before April 23, 2014, and the Office of Attorney Ethics shall file and serve its brief on or before May 21, 2014; and it is further

ORDERED that the suspension of respondent by Order of this Court filed February 8, 2012, shall continue pending the further Order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to comply with Rule 1:20-20 dealing with suspended attorneys.
