The Georgia Supreme Court is set to hear three cases on Monday. As detailed in summaries by the court’s public information officer, the arguments scheduled to take place during the session beginning at 10 a.m. are:

  • A Richmond County murder case in which the defense claims the state failed to prove venue to the jury;
  • A challenge by two women to the residency qualifications of a member of the Baker County Board of Education; and
  • A Fulton County property dispute in which a man is representing himself.
