Rebuffing Trump, Ninth Circuit Moves Forward With Travel Ban Appeal

SAN FRANCISCO – A federal appeals court has rejected the Trump administration’s bid to freeze proceedings over its controversial travel ban while the White House lays plans to issue a new one.
