Attorneys at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius on Monday removed an employment lawsuit against Amazon.com Services to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Costello & Mains on behalf of a transgender plaintiff who identifies as male and contends that he experienced on-the-job harassment and retaliation after disclosing that he was pregnant. The case is 3:20-cv-13865, Simmons v. Amazon.Com Services, Inc. et al.
