He serves as lender’s counsel and represents public and private corporations, as well as banks and other financial institutions. He also represents clients in matters related to intellectual property and internet law. He received his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law, and his B.A. from Linfield College.

Maddaloni Joins Schenk Price as Partner
Joseph Maddaloni Jr.
Joseph Maddaloni Jr. has joined Schenck, Price, Smith & King in the Florham Park office as a partner and will co-chair the labor and employment law practice group with partner Cynthia L. Flanagan. Maddaloni joins a well-established practice. Maddaloni brings to the firm years of experience in counseling and representing clients on traditional labor matters, including union avoidance techniques, organizing campaign strategy, contract negotiation and administration, and resolving unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board. He also represents management in general employment litigation and counseling matters concerning discharge, discrimination and harassment, noncompete and restrictive covenants, wage and hour, severance and separation agreements, disciplinary actions, and the development of policies and procedures. Flanagan represents corporations, government entities and individuals in various matters involving employment law. She also acts as outside counsel to her corporate and government clients, and renders advice and legal opinions on issues involving sexual harassment, discrimination, civil rights violations and compliance with employment policies. Maddaloni was formerly a partner with Lentz & Gengaro in West Orange.
Stevens & Lee Welcomes Patricia Herst, Three Paralegals
Patricia U. Herst
Stevens & Lee announced today that Patricia U. Herst, an estates and trusts attorney in the Princeton community, has joined the firm as of counsel in its Princeton office. Herst brings experience and reputation for personal service to an established team of New Jersey estates and trusts lawyers. Herst has counseled clients on all aspects of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, charitable giving and probate matters. Herst worked as an administrator and associate dean of students at several colleges and universities for 10 years prior to returning to school to obtain her law degree. She received a J.D. from Temple University School of Law, an M.A. from New York University, and a B.A. from George Washington University.
Joining Herst are three experienced estates and trusts paralegals: Diane J. Grbic, Lisa Payne and Sheila B. Zeitzer. Grbic has worked as a paralegal for nearly 20 years. She has an M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, a paralegal certificate from Adelphi University, and a B.S. from St. John’s University. Payne has more than 15 year of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal to estates and trusts attorneys. She has an M.F.A. from San Diego State University and a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin. Zeitzer ‘s career as a paralegal spans 38 years. She has a B.S. in dducation from Temple University and has completed a paralegal studies program at the Paralegal Institute of Philadelphia.
