Morristown-based law firm Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti welcomes Jeffrey S. Davis, who joins the firm’s corporate group as counsel. Davis represents public and private companies, private equity firms and individuals in a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and joint ventures. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating business agreements and counseling clients on day-to-day matters, including corporate governance, regulatory issues and securities law compliance. Davis received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. Davis started his career at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in New York City (formerly Kaye Scholer) and, prior to joining Riker Danzig, he practiced at Sclar Adler in Manhattan.

Colin P. Bé received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark, where he received certificates in corporate and business law. While attending Rutgers Law, Colin served as the chair of Minority Student Program’s Alumni Affairs Committee. He received his B.A. from The College of New Jersey in Ewing. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a clerkship for Superior Court Judge William C. Meehan in Bergen County.
