RONALD TOBIA

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi brought on management labor relations attorney Ronald Tobia, who joins the firm as a partner, expanding the capabilities and offerings of the firm’s newly named Labor & Employment Group. He will be based in the firm’s West Orange office. Tobia has extensive experience in management labor relations in both the public and private sectors, handling all types of litigation, including NLRB and PERC proceedings, strikes and picketing, federal and state labor, discrimination and harassment litigation, contract negotiations, administration, and arbitrations. He also has considerable experience in ERISA litigation involving withdrawal liability assessment against companies. Prior to joining Chiesa Shahinian, Tobia practiced at Tobia & Sorger in Harrison, a boutique labor and employment law firm which he co-founded.

Hill Wallack Welcomes Nancy F. Goldstein

NANCY F. GOLDSTEIN

Hill Wallack brought on Nancy F. Goldstein as a partner in the Princeton office. She is a member of the real estate and corporate law practice groups. She joins the firm from Goldstein & Herst in Princeton, of which she was the founding member. Goldstein’s real estate practice focuses on the representation of individuals and business entities in the purchase, sale and financing of residential and commercial properties throughout New Jersey. She has extensive experience representing employees of local and national companies and academic institutions being relocated to the Central Jersey area. Her practice also includes advising real estate investors and international clients. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark, where she was the recipient of the Graduate Scholars Award. She earned her B.A.in behavioral and social sciences from the University of Maryland. Goldstein is active in several professional organizations, including the Mercer County, New Jersey State and Princeton bar associations. She is a frequent speaker at local real estate offices on new and evolving changes in real estate transactions.
