Gregg Sayre was named by Gov. Andrew Cuomo Wednesday as new head of the state Public Service Commission, New York’s utility-regulating agency.
Sayre will succeed Audrey Zibelman, who announced in January she was resigning to become chief executive officer of the Australian Energy Market Operator (NYLJ, Jan 26). Her resignation takes effect Thursday.
