The Southern District is about to welcome its newest magistrate judge.
Katharine Parker, a partner in Proskauer Rose’s labor and employment department, was appointed to a term of eight years by the district’s Board of Judges. She will serve on the bench at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse at 500 Pearl St.
