• Lara Rios joined Holland & Knight as a senior counsel in the firm’s financial services practice group. Rios most recently was deputy general counsel ContourGlobal, an international power generation company.

• Andrea Goldbarg returned to the Eastern District U.S. Attorney’s Office as senior litigation counsel in the international narcotics and money-laundering section. She most recently was deputy chief of the criminal division of the U.S. Justice Department’s narcotic and dangerous drug section in Washington D.C.

• Jennifer Cheng joined Reed Smith as a partner in its global corporate and transactional advisory group. She comes from Paul Hastings’ New York office.
