A unanimous Appellate Division, First Department, panel on Thursday disbarred attorney Jason Ciccone for failing to cooperate with an investigation into whether he mishandled client funds.
Ciccone, was suspended in October 2008—the same year he was admitted to the bar—after he failed to respond to the departmental disciplinary’s investigation.
