• Park & Jensen, a white-collar defense and commercial litigation boutique, has added Steven Bennett as a name partner. The firm is changing its name to Park Jensen Bennett. He joins the firm after 20 years as a litigator and partner at Jones Day, where he focused on commercial and bankruptcy litigation and arbitration.

• Thompson & Knight has elected to partner Gabrielle Farina, a member of the firm’s trial practice.

• Ruskin Moscou Faltischek partner Adam Silvers has been named the firm’s co-managing partner with the firm’s managing partner, Mark Mulholland. The move is part of a planned transition of the managing partner role to Silvers.

Oleg Sabel has joined Otterbourg as a member of the firm’s real estate group. He comes to the firm from Hogan Lovells.

• Ballard Spahr has added Jay Fastow and Denise Plunkett as partners, joining from Dickstein Shapiro, where Fastow was co-leader of that firm’s antitrust and financial services practice.

Lora Moffatt has joined Crowell & Moring as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property group. Moffatt joins from Dentons, where she was a partner and co-leader of the firm’s intellectual property practice group.

• Hiscock & Barclay has promoted to partner Nicholas DiCesare, in the firm’s commercial litigation, labor and employment, real property tax and condemnation practices; and John Kelepurovski Jr. in the firm’s corporate, health care and humans services, telecommunications practices.
